Last night Bomba hosted friends and family to test out the kitchen, the bar team and the staff.
It was a balmy night with drinks served first on the rooftop before people took their seats at 7pm to chomp their way through a delicious menu of tapas accompanied by wines and, the bar's speciality, vermouth.
We had plenty of useful and positive feedback and now with trepidation await for the media and social media to put us through our paces tonight before opening downstairs (upstairs is open already) to the public on Thursday.
