After travels through northeastern Spain, Jesse and Fisky realised the Catalan experience is so good, you can't not bring it back to Melbourne. You see, the Catalan Christmas diet is different from your usual Spanish. Think less paella, more escudella, with its proximity to both the Mediterranean and mountains offering impressive seafood, pork and chicken dishes!
