Beetroot, grain & herb salad, goat’s curd


Pearl and black barley salad with spiced beetroot and goat’s curd, freshened up with parsley & dill.


Instructions & Ingredients

1.) Combine beetroot, grains and dressing into a mixing bowl
2.) Add pinch of salt and pepper and mix together
3.) Smear goat’s curd onto serving plate/bowl and arrange salad on top
