World Tapas Day is Thursday, June 15, and we’re celebrating for our second time by loading up with a special 11-strong tapas set menu available on the day only. Think Baked Hervey Bay Scallop with fino butter & migas and Chargrilled Octopus w confit potato & paprika. Don’t forget the Pork & Manchego Flamenquin, either.
Created by Jesse Gerner and Andrew Fisk with a nod to both the past, present and new, sit back in true Spanish style on World Tapas Day at Bomba’s Spanish Restaurant and sample the OG of tapas as you journey through the times of one of the world’s most beautiful places.
The evening will be dedicated to Spain’s best-known culinary treats packed full of festive, punchy dishes where good company and great tasting plates will be the star. After the tapas, make your way to the rooftop to keep the night kicking overlooking the city.
