The Ultimate Foodie’s Treat Is Coming To Bomba Across A Four Course Lunch On One Weekend in July.
One of the greatest delicacies in the world: truffles. Waiters ceremonially grate a few grams over your pasta. Pizzaiolos lavishly drizzle drops onto your pizza. And now Bomba, along with Truffle Melbourne, is paying homage with eight dishes over a four-course Truffle Lunch in the Melbourne CBD across both Saturday and Sunday on July 15 & 16.
Start (the best way possible) with vermouth and a canapé on the Bomba Rooftop overlooking Melbourne CBD, then make your way downstairs to the Tapas Bar and Spanish Restaurant into the world where aphrodisiac delights reign supreme and truffle godfather, Nigel Wood, takes one hand on the wheel, with Bomba providing the other.
Jesse Gerner and Andrew Fisk have created a menu in the spirit of 1675 Spanish farmers with one of the world’s most accessible luxuries to stretch your imagination with the new whilst reigniting your love of the traditional. Bomba Head Sommelier, Shane Barrett, has crafted a special wine match menu to complement the lunch available to all guests (we highly recommend this).
