The idea of Sherry Week at BOMBA is to promote drinking sherry to both newcomers and aficionados as well a showcasing the huge variety in Styles, from bone-dry to sweet, and how well they match with many different types of food, from cheese to fish, meat to desserts.
Given the depth and bredth of sherry options available (and the Spanish requirement of sampling all the things), we’ve created sherry experiences that’ll kick ass for every Melbournite from here to Jerez.

Available all week both on our rooftop bar and in the tapas restaurant, work your way through sampling a flight of three sherries exploring the different parts of Southern Spain. Given the Spanish NEVER drink on an empty stomach, it’s custom to have a bite to eat with your drink order. Going full Spanish?
