Together with Truffle Melbourne, we will be hosting two lunches over one weekend to celebrate all things truffle with a four-course menu and a special cocktail dubbed 'The Truffled Tiger'. There will also be an appearance from a couple of special truffle dogs at both lunches.
Join us on Saturday 30 June and Sunday 1 July for the four-course truffle lunch starting at 12.30pm
The special set menu includes dishes such as; venison and black truffle tartare; truffled mussels; barramundi and pipis with confit truffle oil potatoes and parsley truffle sauce; striploin with mushroom and truffle puree, cavello nero, red wine sauce and fresh truffle. Dessert will be a chocolate cake with hazelnut cream, truffled chocolate and a truffle and olive oil cream.
