At our second tasting panel we held the first course we served to our tasting panel "Salmorejo, smoked
bacon and soft egg" the tasters loved getting their lips around the food itself. But when they attempted to pronounce it some of them couldn't get their lips around the proper pronunciation as fast they could eat the dish itself.
