Feast on East cuts out the middle man and lets people like you and I buy directly from East Gippsland's food and wine producers with the product arriving on our doorstop. When East Gippsland ambassadors Nicola Watts and Shayne Hyman dined with Cam Smith at Bomba a few months ago, ideas to celebrate the changing of season flowed as quickly as the vermouth.
The result? Melbourne’s most dynamic chefs to concept dishes to celebrate Victoria's best fresh produce over a five-course lunch at Bomba. And yes, ALL beverage is included because how else do you celebrate without sampling it all?
We will start on the Rooftop and Terrace at 12.30pm for Tapas by Jesse and James of Bomba, then head to the dining room for four courses taking us through to about 4.00pm.
Cam Smith from RRR will be hosting the event, we will meet some of East Gippsland's small producers who will discuss this special region and of course the chefs will be about. Drinks have been chosen by Shane Barrett and will also all be from the East Gippsland area.
Please note we will do our best to accommodate any dietary requirements.
