For our signature umbrella event join chefs Andrew Fisk and Jesse Gerner on a journey through Catalan food and culture, from the tapas and vermouth of Barcelona to the pristine seafood of the Mediterranean Sea.
Catalunya is an autonomous community in the north-east of Spain. It is the Catalan way to eat nose-to-tail; often considered the richest and most sophisticated of all Spanish cuisines it is believed many recipes have roots in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
We will explore all four regions, from the tapas and vermouth bars of Barcelona, Roman influences in Tarragona, the stunning seafood and fish markets of Girona and the rich and varied cuisine of Lleida, home to the Pyrenees.
Price of $65pp includes five Catalan courses, additional wine matching from Spanish wine guru Shane Barrett will be available.

ROOFTOP COCKTAILS

Gain a new perspective on Melbourne perched high over the rooftops of the glorious CBD. Sip on fancy cocktails, watch the sun go down and see Melbourne in a whole new light as you tour between Bomba Rooftop, Loop Roof and Madame Brussels drinking and snacking all the while.
There are two start times, 6pm and 8.30pm and each tour takes in all three venues. Tickets for this one are $73 and are available directly from Melbourne Food and Wine.
