There’s plenty of ways you can join us at Bomba for The 2016 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival - the official online program has been released, bookings are now open and we’re having THREE events!

07 March 2015

For our signature umbrella event join chefs Andrew Fisk and Jesse Gerner on a journey through Catalan food and culture, from the tapas and vermouth of Barcelona to the pristine seafood of the Mediterranean Sea.

Catalunya is an autonomous community in the north-east of Spain. It is the Catalan way to eat nose-to-tail; often considered the richest and most sophisticated of all Spanish cuisines it is believed many recipes have roots in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.

We will explore all four regions, from the tapas and vermouth bars of Barcelona, Roman influences in Tarragona, the stunning seafood and fish markets of Girona and the rich and varied cuisine of Lleida, home to the Pyrenees.

Price of $65pp includes five Catalan courses, additional wine matching from Spanish wine guru Shane Barrett will be available.

Reservations for this event are essential. Monday March 7, 6.30pm for a 7pm start. You can book online, call us on 9077 0451 or drop us an email at
