The creative geniuses behind Bombaand Uncle, Jesse Gerner, Andrew Fisk and Dai Duong, have come together to present a very special Viet-Spanish lunch collaboration for the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, appropriately named Uncle Bomba.
Over two days, the venues will take it in turns to present a four-course lunch and matching cocktail with dishes highlighting a Vietnamese take on Spanish classics and a Spanish spin on iconic Vietnamese dishes.
With lunches over two days - Saturday 23rd March at Uncle Melbourne and Sunday 24th March at Bomba - there's plenty of opportunity to enjoy this special, not to be repeated event.
Tickets are $88 each and include a cocktail on arrival along with a four course lunch. Available via the MFWF website.
