Bomba Teams Up With Bibi Ji for The Ultimate Chefs Dinner Collaboratio - Bombabar

A chef collaboration of epic proportion is coming your way this month.

Our own chef Jesse Gerner will be teaming up with Jessi Singh of Babu Jiand Bibi Ji in New York City & Santa Barbara for a one night only event. Also on the event lineup? Local chef Matt Wilkinson of Pope Joan and The Pie Shop.

The menu is big on flavour, highlighting Bomba's Spanish tapas and Bibi Ji's Indian fare. Think flavour bombs like the "OG" rice paper crisp with Jamon floss, tom gell and guindilla dust atop a glass of black casa mariol vermouth followed by Bibi Ji butter chicken pie with caviarMouth watering? Wine will be paired by world renowned sommelier, winemaker and author Rajat Parr, whose own wines are being shipped to Melbourne for the event, along with imported wines by Bomba, and signature Babu Ji NYC cocktail.
